Why do we ask for a mandate?
After the free 14 days, your subscription continues automatically unless you cancel. For that, Mollie, our payment partner, needs a mandate for automatic collection. You set this up when signing up, in a few seconds.
You pay nothing during the trial. Cancel in time and you pay nothing afterwards either. The mandate is an agreement made upfront, not a surprise later.
Coming from Salonized, Fresha or something else? We do the work
Bringing your clients along is often the biggest hurdle to switching. That's why we automatically recognize exports from the well-known systems, and also import any other CSV or Excel file.

What does MyWest cost?

Is there a contract?
No. You can cancel any month, with no notice period.
Why does MyWest ask for a mandate when signing up?
So your subscription can continue automatically after the free 14 days, through automatic collection at Mollie. You pay nothing during the trial, and you can always cancel in time before anything is charged.
Can I move my clients over from my current system?
Yes. We automatically recognize exports from Salonized, Treatwell, Fresha, Shore, Planity, Booksy, Phorest and Salonkee, and also import other CSV or Excel files. If anything goes wrong, we undo it within 24 hours.
Can I take card payments too?
Yes, cash and card always work at checkout: you enter the amount on your own card machine and tick it off in MyWest. If you want MyWest to send the amount to the machine itself, you connect a Mollie Terminal you order from Mollie; that is available in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France and Italy. iDEAL and a payment link at checkout are coming soon.

Does MyWest prevent no-shows?
We automatically send a reminder by email for every appointment, which keeps no-shows low. SMS and WhatsApp as an extra reminder channel are on the roadmap.
Is my client data safe?
Client photos are kept in secure, private storage with temporary links, not in a public folder. Admin and staff roles are also enforced at the database level, not just on the screen.
