Frequently asked questions about billing
When do I set up my payment?
Whenever you like, at the latest by the end of the 14 free days if you continue: then it's a direct debit with Mollie. You pay nothing during the trial, and you can always cancel in time before anything is charged.
When is money first charged?
Only after your 14 free days, never before. Cancel within that period and nothing is charged.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There is no contract or notice period. Cancel, and you only pay for the current month; the direct debit then stops.
Do I pay commission on my revenue?
No, never. You pay a fixed amount per month, no matter how much you book or earn. That is a deliberate choice against the marketplace models some competitors use.
How does VAT work in my country?
In the Netherlands you are charged 21% VAT on your subscription. If you are registered with a valid VAT number in another EU country, we reverse-charge the VAT to your country, checked automatically with the European Commission (VIES). If you are registered in the United Kingdom, no EU VAT is charged.
