What salon software actually is
Salon software is not a standalone booking form and not a standalone till. What does salon software cost on average?
That ranges from about EUR 16 to EUR 130 per month, depending on the model. Fixed-price packages usually sit between EUR 16 and EUR 55 per month; commission marketplaces can add 20 to 35 percent of every new client on top. MyWest has three plans from EUR 29 excl. VAT per month, with no commission.
Is salon software the same as a booking system?
No. A booking system only handles the appointment. Salon software adds the client card, the till, stock and often staff management, so you are not juggling three separate programs.
Can I try salon software for free?

What happens to my client data when I switch?
MyWest imports your clients, services, products, prepaid card balances and appointments via CSV or Excel, from your current system or with our template. Future appointments go into your calendar, past appointments become history on the client card. If you have a lot of data, we transfer it for you.
Does salon software charge commission on my revenue?
That depends on the provider. Some models charge commission on bookings or on new clients, others a fixed monthly amount. MyWest costs from EUR 29 excl. VAT per month, with no commission on your revenue.
