Can I import client data from another system?
Yes, you can import a CSV or Excel file with up to 10,000 rows and check the column mapping. Only clients are imported, not services or appointments.
What can I do with a GDPR request from a client?
On the client card you download all data of that client. If a client wants to be forgotten, you anonymise them: name, email, phone, photos and notes disappear while appointments and receipts remain without identifiable data. You stay responsible for your client data; a data processing agreement is on the site.
Can I add notes to a client?
Yes. Each client has a Notes tab, with separate fields for allergies and preferences, and you can add a note to an appointment. Colour formulas go in the notes.
How many clients can I store?
MyWest does not charge per client: the subscription is a fixed amount. An import handles up to 10,000 rows per file.
