Low-stock warning

You set a minimum stock per product. Below it, the product gets a Low stock badge and the number shows on your dashboard. No email or notification is sent.

Register products

Add products with name, selling price and quantity. Under More fields you add brand, category, purchase price, VAT rate and barcode. MyWest shows the margin.

Stock history

Every change is logged: purchase, sale, correction, return and reversal. Per product you can see what happened.

Stock and sales linked

When you sell a product at the till, stock goes down. If there is not enough, MyWest warns you and you decide whether to sell anyway.

Do I get an alert when a product is almost out of stock?
You set a minimum stock per product. Below it, the product shows a Low stock badge and your dashboard shows how many products are low. No email is sent; you see it when you open MyWest.
Is stock automatically updated on sale?
Yes. When you sell a product at checkout or via quick sale, stock goes down. A reversal brings it back.
Can I link suppliers to products?
No. You do not record a supplier on a product. Only when you enter an expense in Finance can you note a supplier as free text.
Does stock management cost extra?
No, stock management is included in every MyWest plan, from €19/month. You can add unlimited products.
