How do I add online booking to my website?
You get your own booking link (for example your-salon.mywest.app) that you share on your website, Instagram and WhatsApp. You cannot embed it in your own site; clients open your booking page.
Can clients choose a specific staff member?
Only if you switch it on. With ‘Clients choose team member’ in Settings, clients pick a team member or ‘No preference’ and only see times that are free for that choice.
What if a client wants to cancel an appointment?
The email contains a link to the appointment. Clients can cancel there up to 24 hours before; after that they contact the salon. If you propose another time, they accept or decline via the same link.
Does online booking cost extra?
No, online booking is included in every MyWest plan, from €19/month excluding VAT. There are no costs per booking.
How do I introduce online booking in my salon?
Set up your services with the right duration and price, set your working hours and switch on Bookable online for each service clients may request. Then set up your booking page and click Publish. Share the link on your website, Instagram and WhatsApp and mention it in your salon. Booking by phone can simply stay: not every client switches right away.
