At checkout you choose Cash or Card. If the client has a prepaid card, you deduct visits. For a quick sale you can also record Tikkie as the payment method.

Receipt by email

After a successful payment you email the receipt to the client with one click. VAT is shown per rate, and the tip separately.

Overview in Finance

In Finance you see income per period with date, client, description, payment method and amount. A wrong receipt can be reversed with a required reason.

Every receipt automatically appears in Finance with payment method, VAT and tip, so you do not have to enter it twice.

Which payment methods can I record?
At checkout you choose Cash or Card, and you can pay with a prepaid card. For a quick sale you can also choose Tikkie. MyWest stores the method with the receipt.
Does my client get a receipt after checkout?
Yes, if you choose it. On the payment-successful screen you email the receipt to the client, to the address on the client card or to another address.
Where do I see what came in?
In Finance you see revenue per period (today, week, month, quarter or year) with a list of income. In the report per team member you see paid revenue and what is still outstanding.
Can I reverse a payment?
Yes, with Reverse in Finance. You give a reason. The original receipt stays, the amount is booked as a negative entry and the stock of sold products returns. You refund the client yourself.
