VAT return per quarter

For Dutch salons MyWest works out per quarter which amounts to fill in at the tax office, per rate, with your input VAT and the amount to pay or reclaim.

PDF report for your accountant

With Export you download a PDF: a financial report, a VAT overview or an annual overview. Add your chamber of commerce and VAT number in the salon settings and they appear on it.

Keep documents

In the document archive you keep receipts and other documents per folder. Each document shows until when you must legally keep it.

Can I export reports for my accountant?
Yes, as a PDF. You choose a financial report, a VAT overview or an annual overview and a period. An export in an accounting format or a link with accounting software does not exist.
Does MyWest work out my VAT return?
For Dutch salons, yes: per quarter you see the amounts per rate, the input VAT from your expenses and the balance. You copy them into the tax office portal. MyWest submits nothing itself.
Which figures appear automatically?
Revenue from your receipts and petty cash expenses from the till count. Other expenses and your fixed costs you enter yourself.
How long must I keep documents?
In the document archive each document shows until when the legal retention period of 7 years runs. If you want to delete it anyway, MyWest asks for confirmation. Payroll records for employees must be kept outside MyWest.
